Can you ship orders outside of the United States?
Absolutely!  We are happy to ship to international customers, but please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

There is a Minimum International Shipping charge of $9.95 on ALL orders.  International Orders do not qualify for the Free Shipping Discount.

International shipping & handling costs are based on the country of destination and the package weight/size.  Quotes will be sent via e-mail upon request, or billed at the time of shipment.

At this time, we are unable to charge International Shipping costs at checkout.  Instead, on most orders we will ask you to cover the balance due on your actual postage amount AFTER we have shipped the items. People that don't pay their postage balance will be placed on our Do Not Ship List.  Sorry for the inconvenience. 


Orders shipped to APO/FPOs, P.O. boxes, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, any U.S. protectorates, and other overseas addresses may take longer than normal.

What forms of payment can I use?
We accept all on-line payments via PayPal, where you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. 

We pay a high price for their processing fees, but have found their service to be the safest and fastest way to do business with anyone on the web, anywhere in the world.  If you are not a PayPal member we encourage you to open an account today.

Does Cosmic Therapy charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to New York State addresses are subject to state sales tax.

How is my order shipped and how long will it take to receive orders?
All items are securely packed in damage-proof boxes and then shipped at our own discretions via US Postal Service Media Mail, Parcel Post or Priority Mail (for domestic street addresses). On larger orders we sometimes upgrade to UPS.  Packages are generally shipped from the warehouse within 2 business days of recieving your order, not counting weekends and holidays . Shipping slows down during the holidays. Please place your orders accordingly. 


How will my order be confirmed?
You will receive two emails from Cosmic Therapy after you have placed your order. The first will confirm that your order was recieved; the second provide a tracking number for orders within the USA.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have questions about your order, you can call our helpline at 607-369-2620, between the hours of 1 P.M. and 5 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday, or you can e-mail us at info@cosmictherapy.com anytime. If you contact us by e-mail, please include your name, your order number, and the e-mail address that we can use to contact you.

What does Cosmic Therapy do with my personal information?
By using PayPal as our merchant processor, we NEVER receive your credit card information.  Your transaction is secured by PayPal and your credit card issuer.  

Your e-maill address may be placed on a list for updates appropriate to your interest, which you may opt out of at any time.


What happens if I don't receive an ordered item, or receive the wrong item?
Your satisfaction is very important to us!  If you don't receive an item that you ordered, or you received an item in error, contact us immediately. We willl promptly rectify the situation .

My order was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
Cosmic Therapy will exchange damaged items or will extend a credit to your credit card upon receitp of the damaged item(s). Cosmic Therapy will reimburse customers for return shipping costs only for incorrect shipments. To be reimbursed for return shipping costs in these cases, please include a copy of the shipping receipt.

What is Cosmic Therapy’s return policy?
Cosmic Therapy will provide refunds or exact replacement products for all valid returns. To return a product, you must request authorization from Cosmic Therapy within 72 hours of product delivery by e-mailing us at info@cosmictherapy.com. In your e-mail request, please enter the word return in the subject field and include in the text of your message the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Title and description of product being returned
3. Reason for return
4. Your name, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address

Within 72 hours of receiving your request, Cosmic Therapy will reply to your e-mail address with additional instructions. This authorization will remain valid for three weeks after its issuance date. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items returned without prior authorization wll not be accepted.

We suggest that you return items prepaid via UPS, Federal Express or other insured carrier. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Cosmic Therapy will reimburse customers for return shipping costs only for products damaged during delivery or for incorrect shipments. To be reimbursed for return shipping costs in these cases, please include a copy of the shipping receipt.
